It's time for Southeast Early Broncos 2nd annual Charity Offroad Poker Run
This years Poker Run will take place in The Green Swamp which is part of the Richloam WMA
The date will be March 10 2012
We will be using the Withlacooche River RV Park for camping as well as the base for our Poker Run.

Schedule of Events
Fri. 3/9/12 Arrive, set up camp, Trail Riding at your leisure,
Group Campfire, Bronco BSing
Sat. 3/10/12 Registration opens at 8:00am
Drivers meeting at 9:30am, Poker Run leaves after the meeting.
We will play our Poker Hand at the campground at 6:00pm. Please make sure you are back in time to participate.
We will have another round of Bronco BSing around a group campfire following the Poker Hand.
Nightime Trail Riding will be at your leisure.
Our Poker Run will pay out 50% of the pot as a cash payout with the other 50% going to help support JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) charities.
Note
If you don't want to camp, this campground is located approx. 10 miles from the interesection of I75 and St Rd 50 where there are several hotels,motels and resturants.
Please check back in the weeks leading up to the Poker Run for a list of contact names and numbers as well as any updated information we may have. Also if you plan to camp please make your resevations with the campground as the place will fill up quickly and be sure to mention that your with Southeast Early Broncos to recieve our discount.

Poker Run Rules
This years Poker Run will require an entry fee of $20. This will include an event t-shirt and entry into the poker hands played later that night. There will be several hands played other than the hand to win the cash pot. We have several other donations to be played for. The rules for who can play are as follows, Anyone paying the $20 entry fee is eligable to play. If you have friends or family riding along with you and they wish to play they will need to pay the $20 entry fee to cover themselves and they will recieve a t-shirt as well as entry into the poker hands played later that night. In short anyone attending can enter and play in the Poker Run even if they are just a passenger. Remember this is all for charity so the more players the bigger the pot and the more we raise for charity. Extra event t-shirts will be available for $13 each the day of the Poker Run as well.
